Parking space regulations
Elbepark Bunthaus motorhome park
- Access to the Elbepark Bunthaus motorhome site is only permitted after registration.
- All parking facilities may only be used by registered guests.
- Children and young people may only stay overnight if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The instructions of the administration must be followed. The administration or its representatives are authorized to refuse entry to the "Elbepark Bunthaus Motorhome Park" to individuals or to remove them from the premises. The administration may exercise its unrestricted right of domicile on the entire site.
- Soliciting and holding promotional events on the premises is prohibited.
- The management accepts no liability for accidents caused by slight negligence or for guests' property. Guests are responsible for obtaining their own appropriate insurance.
- Structures of any kind permanently attached to the ground are not permitted on the sports field.
- Any supplementary agreements or arrangements relating to the lease or parking regulations must be in writing. Verbal agreements are not valid.
- Driving motor vehicles is permitted only on designated paths and only for arrival or departure. Motorhomes must always be parked on the rental plot; other vehicles must be parked in the Polderwand parking area. The rules of the road apply on the premises. Driving must be at walking pace.
- All public facilities, especially the restrooms and toilets, must be treated with care and left clean. Anyone who damages or soils the facilities will be asked to leave. Please leave the restrooms and toilets as you would like to find them! Children under six years of age may not enter the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are fully liable for their children.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the entire campsite. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. All pet owners are liable without limitation for any damage caused by their animals.
- The waste must be separated according to the waste disposal regulations.
- Only the use of certified 5 kg or 11 kg gas cylinders is permitted on the campsite. Gas cylinders can be purchased at reception. For fire safety reasons, it is mandatory that all gas appliances belonging to end users are certified.
- Car washing, painting and all repair work on motor vehicles is prohibited throughout the entire parking area.
- The consumption of cannabis and other drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises of Elbepark Bunthaus.
Site Regulations
Elbepark Bunthaus motorhome park
- Access to the "Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus" is permitted only after registration.
- All site facilities may only be used by registered guests.
- Children and adolescents may only stay overnight if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Instructions given by the management must be followed. The management or its representatives are authorized to refuse entry to any person or to evict individuals from the "Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus." The management may exercise its unrestricted domiciliary rights on the entire premises.
- Peddling and holding promotional events on the premises are prohibited.
- There is no liability for accidents caused by slight negligence on the part of the management, nor for the personal property of the guests. Guests are obliged to provide their own adequate insurance.
- Structural facilities of any kind that are permanently attached to the ground are not permitted on the site.
- Any side agreements or arrangements regarding the rental contract or the site regulations must be made in writing. Oral agreements are invalid.
- Driving motor vehicles is permitted only on designated paths and only for the purpose of arrival or departure. Motorhomes must always be parked on the rented pitch; other vehicles must be parked in the "Polderwand" parking area. The German Road Traffic Act (StVO) applies on the premises. Vehicles must be driven at walking pace only.
- All public facilities, especially washrooms and toilets, must be treated with care and left clean. Anyone who damages or soils the facilities may be subject to eviction. Please leave the washrooms and toilets as you would wish to find them! Children under the age of six are not permitted to enter the washrooms without the accommodation of a parent or legal guardian. Parents have unlimited liability for their children in this regard as well.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the entire camping area. Any waste left by dogs on the premises must be removed by the dog owners themselves. All pet owners are generally liable without limitation for any damage caused by their animals.

- Only the use of certified gas cylinders with a capacity of 5 kg or 11 kg is permitted on the campsite. Gas cylinders can be purchased at the reception. For fire safety reasons, it is mandatory that all gas installations belonging to the end users are inspected and certified.
- Washing vehicles, paintwork, and all repair work on motor vehicles are prohibited on the entire site.
- The consumption of cannabis and other drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises of Elbepark Bunthaus.
