How do we use and pay for the toilets and showers?
The toilets and showers are exclusively for our pitch guests – access is simple and keyless: just hold your personal QR code from your booking in front of the scanner at the door . Shower usage is billed fairly and completely cashless via the utility credit you added when booking.
Are dogs allowed at your establishment?
Yes, dogs are very welcome ! Our free-roaming farm dog, Emma, loves meeting other dogs . Please be considerate of other campers and keep your dogs on a leash at all times in the pitches and the adjacent nature reserve.
Can we take a short trip in the campervan?
Of course! If you've booked a pitch, you can leave and return with your motorhome as often as you like . Your electricity hookup will remain switched on during this time . If you prefer, you can also easily switch off the electricity hookup for the duration of your absence in your online customer account.
Are we allowed to consume cannabis on the pitch?
No. The consumption of cannabis and other drugs is prohibited on the entire premises and will result in immediate expulsion . Even though the law may now see it differently, the protection of our other guests, especially families and children, is our top priority.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the entire park . Simply connect to the open network "Elbepark Guest" – you don't even need a password.
Why is the square closed in winter?
Our motorhome site is closed from October 1st to March 14th , as our beautiful pitches are located directly on the Elbe River and outside the dike, where there is a risk of flooding in winter . Overnight stays in the port area are prohibited by law in Hamburg during this period.
