1. Scope and contracting parties These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of motorhome pitches concluded between MO-Tronic GmbH, Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus, Moorwerder Hauptdeich 33, 21109 Hamburg (hereinafter "Operator" or "we") and the guests (hereinafter "Guest" or "you") . Any differing terms and conditions of the Guest are not recognized .

2. Permitted vehicles and persons Our pitches are exclusively for motorhomes and cars with roof tents. Caravans, tents, and overnight stays by tradespeople are not permitted on the premises . A maximum of one motorhome with no more than six people is allowed per pitch . We reserve the right to change pitch or site allocations if absolutely necessary for operational reasons .

3. Booking and conclusion of contract The contractual services are governed exclusively by the descriptions and prices valid at the time of booking . The accommodation contract only becomes effective upon receipt of our written booking confirmation (via email) . Any supplementary agreements require written confirmation . Please check the booking confirmation immediately for accuracy .

4. Payment The pitch fee is payable immediately after booking via the payment link we provide (e.g., PayPal, credit card) . If payment is not received on time, the booking will be automatically canceled . Any remaining credit from the use of the service stations can only be refunded in cash at reception between 9:00 and 10:00 AM ; otherwise, the refund will be issued digitally.

5. Arrival and Departure The booked motorhome pitch will be available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival . On the day of departure, the pitch must be completely vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest . Arrival is generally possible 24 hours a day .

6. Rebooking and cancellation You can cancel your booking yourself up to 10 days before your arrival date via your customer account or by email to info@elbepark-bunthaus.de. In this case, we charge a processing fee of 15% of the booking price . For cancellations made later (less than 10 days before arrival), we will only refund 20% of the fees (variable costs) plus any prepaid utility credit, as we cannot guarantee that the pitch will be re-let at short notice . Only the dates and deadlines stated in the booking confirmation are binding .

7. Rules of the Ground, Dogs & Prohibitions Our site rules are binding for the entire stay and can be viewed at reception at any time .

  • Dogs: Dogs are very welcome here, but must be kept on a leash at all times on the entire premises. Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their dogs .
  • Cannabis & Drugs: The consumption of cannabis and any other drugs is strictly prohibited on the entire premises. The safety of our guests, especially children, is our highest priority . In case of serious violations of these rules or the site regulations, the operator reserves the right to issue an immediate expulsion from the premises at any time .

8. Liability We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in cases of intentional or negligent injury to life, body, or health . In cases of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract . Otherwise, the operator's liability is excluded .

9. Information on consumer dispute resolution We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board .

10. Final Provisions The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply . Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected .

Scope of Application and Contracting Parties These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts regarding the rental of motorhome pitches concluded between MO-Tronic GmbH, RV port Elbepark Bunthaus, Moorwerder Hauptdeich 33, 21109 Hamburg (hereinafter "Operator" or "we") and the guests (hereinafter "Guest" or "you"). Any deviating terms and conditions of the Guest shall not be recognized.

2. Permitted Vehicles and Persons Our pitches are exclusively authorized for motorhomes and cars with roof tents. Caravans, tents, and overnight stays by fitters/contractors are not permitted on the premises. A maximum of one motorhome with no more than 6 persons is permitted per motorhome pitch. We reserve the right to change site or object allocations if this is absolutely necessary for operational reasons.

3. Booking and Conclusion of Contract The descriptions and prices valid at the time of booking apply exclusively to the contractual services. The accommodation contract only becomes effective upon receipt of our written booking confirmation (via e-mail). Ancillary agreements require written confirmation. Please check the booking confirmation immediately for accuracy.

4. Payment The due payment for the pitch must be settled immediately after booking via the payment link provided by us (eg, PayPal, credit card). If payment is not received on time, the booking will be automatically canceled. Any remaining balance from the use of the utility stations can only be paid out in cash at the reception between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM; otherwise, refunds will be processed digitally.

5. Arrival and Departure The booked motorhome pitch is available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the pitch must be completely vacated and cleared by 12:00 PM at the latest. Arrival is generally possible 24 hours a day.

In this case, we charge a processing fee of 15% of the booking price. In the event of a later cancellation (less than 10 days before arrival), we will only refund 20% of the fees (variable costs) as well as any deposited utility credit, as a short-term re-letting of the pitch cannot be guaranteed. Only the dates and deadlines stated in the booking confirmation are binding.

Site Rules, Dogs & Prohibitions Our site rules are binding for the entire stay and can be viewed at any time at the reception.

  • Dogs: Dogs are very welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the premises. Waste must be removed immediately by the owner.
  • Cannabis & Drugs: The consumption of cannabis and any other drugs is strictly prohibited on the entire premises. The protection of our guests, especially children, is our highest priority. In the event of serious violations of these rules or the site regulations, the operator reserves the right to issue an immediate eviction at any time.

8. Liability We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in cases of intentional or negligent injury to life, body, or health. In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is fundamental to the proper execution of the contract. Otherwise, any liability of the operator is excluded.

9. Information on Consumer Dispute Resolution We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining GTC shall not be affected thereby.
