1. Scope and contracting parties These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of motorhome pitches concluded between MO-Tronic GmbH, Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus, Moorwerder Hauptdeich 33, 21109 Hamburg (hereinafter “operator” or “we”) and its guests (hereinafter “guest” or “you”). Deviating terms and conditions of the guest are not recognised.

2. Permitted vehicles and persons Our pitches are exclusively approved for motorhomes, cars and cars with roof tents. Caravans, tents and overnight stays by contract workers are not permitted on the grounds. A maximum of one motorhome with no more than 6 people is permitted per motorhome pitch. We reserve the right to change pitch or unit allocations where this is absolutely necessary for operational reasons.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract The contractual services are governed exclusively by the descriptions and prices valid at the time of booking. The accommodation contract only comes into force upon receipt of our written booking confirmation (by email). Collateral agreements require written confirmation. Please check the booking confirmation for accuracy immediately.

4. Payment Payment of the pitch price is due immediately after booking via the payment link we provide (e.g. credit card). If payment is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled automatically.

5. Arrival and departure The booked motorhome pitch is available from 13:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the pitch must be fully vacated and left by 12:00 at the latest. Arrival is generally possible 24 hours a day.

6. Changes and cancellation You can cancel your booking yourself up to 10 days before the arrival date in your customer account or by email to info@elbepark-bunthaus.de. In this case we charge a handling fee of 20 % of the booking price. In the event of a later cancellation (less than 10 days before arrival), we only refund 20 % of the fees (variable costs) and the utility credit paid in, as short-notice re-letting of the pitch cannot be guaranteed. Only the dates and deadlines stated in the booking confirmation are binding.

7. Site rules, dogs & prohibitions Our site rules, which can be viewed at reception at any time, are binding for the entire stay.

• Dogs: Dogs are very welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times throughout the grounds. Owners must remove any mess immediately.
• Cannabis & drugs: The consumption of cannabis and any other drugs is strictly prohibited throughout the grounds. The protection of our guests, especially children, has the highest priority. In the event of serious breaches of these rules or the site rules, the operator reserves the right to expel guests from the site with immediate effect at any time.

8. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent or gross negligence and for intentional or negligent injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place. Otherwise, the operator's liability is excluded.

9. Information on consumer dispute resolution We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining GTC shall not be affected.
