Toilets and showers
You open the toilets and showers without a key, using the QR code from your booking. Hold it about 10 cm in front of the reader. Shower time is charged cashless to your utility credit. For the washing machine and dryer you need four 1 euro coins.
Fresh water and waste disposal
The chemical toilet and grey water stations are open to guests round the clock and free of charge. There's also the best Hamburg tap water of drinking quality and a washing-up sink.
Separating rubbish
Nature on the Elbe island matters to us. At the disposal station please separate general waste, paper and cardboard, packaging (yellow bin) and glass. Thank you!
Wi-Fi
The fast “Elbepark Guest” network covers the whole site. Free and with no password, just log in and start surfing.
Electricity
Every pitch has a CEE hook-up with 16 A, including the Bullihafen. The bollard switches on from 13:00 on your day of arrival. If you head out for a while and want to save power, switch it off in your customer account.
Dogs welcome
Four-legged friends are very welcome, and our free-roaming resident dog Emma loves visitors. Dogs must always be on a lead on the site and in the neighbouring nature reserve. Hamburg with your dog
Bread rolls from 8:00
Order bread rolls and croissants in our online shop by midnight the day before. You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your bag is ready for you in the registration room from 8:00.
Bunthaus Shop
Forgotten something? At reception there are snacks, everyday essentials and a selection of camping gear from Fritz Berger.
You can swap empty gas bottles here with no fuss: 11 kg and 5 kg steel and 11 kg aluminium. Reception 09:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 17:00.
A digital motorhome site
Our system from direst recognises your number plate at the entrance, and you drive straight onto the site. For bookings on site, the terminal in the registration room is available round the clock.
Important: enter your number plate exactly right when you book. Otherwise the automatic check-in won't work and your electricity bollard stays off.

The booklet you also get at reception: site map, booking, power, bus timetables, bike routes and addresses on the Elbe island. In German and English.
What your power post is telling you
On the side of each post, above the socket with your pitch number, there is a light.
- Green: the pitch is free and bookable for the coming night.
- Red: the pitch is booked.
- Amber: power is switched on for you.
- Amber flashing: your credit is used up. Top it up in your customer account.
- Red flashing: the RCD has tripped. You can reset it yourself.

Best save the most important numbers in your phone right away.
Reception is staffed daily 09:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours we cannot always reply to emails right away. For an emergency on site, just call.
