Site Rules

Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus

1. Access to the Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus is only permitted after registration.
2. All site facilities may only be used by registered guests.
3. Children and young people may only stay overnight when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Instructions from the management must be followed. The management or persons authorised by it are entitled to refuse individuals access to the “Wohnmobilhafen Elbepark Bunthaus” or to expel them from the site. The management may exercise its unrestricted right as owner and occupier (Hausrecht) on the entire grounds.
5. Peddling and holding promotional events on the premises are prohibited.
6. There is no liability for accidents caused by slight negligence on the part of the management, nor any liability for guests' property. Guests are obliged to take out appropriate insurance themselves.
7. Structures of any kind permanently attached to the ground are not permitted on the site.
8. Any collateral agreements or arrangements relating to the rental agreement or the site rules must be made in writing. Verbal agreements are not valid.
9. Driving motor vehicles is only permitted on the roads and paths and only for arrival or departure. Motorhomes must always be parked on the rented pitch, other vehicles in the Polderwand car park. The German Road Traffic Regulations (Straßenverkehrsordnung) apply on the grounds. Vehicles may only be driven at walking pace.
10. All shared facilities, in particular the washrooms and toilets, must be treated with care and left clean. Anyone who damages or soils the facilities must expect to be expelled from the site. Please leave the washrooms and toilets the way you would like to find them! Children under six may not enter the washrooms without a parent or legal guardian. Here too, parents are fully liable for their children.
11. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times throughout the camping area. Any mess left by dogs on the grounds must be removed by the dog owners themselves. All animal owners are always fully liable for any damage caused by their animals.
12. Waste must be separated in accordance with the waste regulations.
13. Only tested gas bottles with a capacity of 5 kg or 11 kg may be used on the site. Gas bottles can be obtained at reception. For fire safety reasons, all gas installations of end users must have been inspected.
14. Washing vehicles, paintwork and any repair work on motor vehicles are prohibited throughout the entire site.
15. The consumption of cannabis and other drugs is strictly prohibited on the grounds of Elbepark Bunthaus.
