2. In brief

We do not use any tracking, advertising cookies or analytics tools on this website. Fonts and images are stored on our own server. Content from other providers only loads when you actively click on it.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page accessed, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a data processing agreement with the host. The log files are deleted after a short time.

4. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for normal visitors. Only when staff log in to the internal area does WordPress set technically necessary login cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25 (2) TDDDG, German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).

5. Contact form and email

If you write to us using the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The message is sent to us by email and is not stored in the website database. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations.

6. Reservations

You reserve tables by phone. When you do, we note your name, the number of people, the date, the time and, if needed, a phone number for any queries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete these details after your visit.

7. Facebook

We link to our Facebook page. No Facebook plugin is embedded, and data only flows once you open the link.

8. Links to other providers

Among other things, we link to Google Maps (route planning), the HVV and Facebook. You only leave our website when you click on a link, and the privacy notices of the respective provider then apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To do so, write to info@derstackmeister.de.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hamburgischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg.
